DIM, aka diindolymethane, is a compound that’s found in vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and cabbage.

In studies, DIM has been shown to help regulate hormones like estrogen. Having a balanced level of estrogen can boost your metabolism and help you lose stubborn weight.
